Along the way, you’ll enjoy thoughtful stops to soak in the views, stretch, and engage with local culture. Day2:Gorilla Trek and Batwa Trail You'll begin your day with an early morning ascent into the misty depths of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.After this once-in-a-lifetime experience, you'll return to your lodge for a warm meal and a brief rest. In the afternoon, you'll step into the rich cultural world of the Batwa—Bwindi’s original forest dwellers. Day 3 : Golden Monkey Trek in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park You'll start your day with an early morning drive through the scenic highlands of southwestern Uganda, heading toward the breathtaking Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Nestled in the shadows of the Virunga volcanoes, this lush, montane forest is home to the rare and endangered golden monkeys. Day 4 : Dian Fossey Campus Tour and Transfer to Kigali On your final day, you'll enjoy a guided visit to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund Campus in Musanze—a hub of cutting-edge conservation, research, and education.
